Saving Grace

Since I go to a cosmetology school I wash my hands a lot, so they get really dry really fast. It also doesn't help that the weather has changed and gotten colder so my skin is drying out because of that too. 

But I was in Ulta the other day and I came across this Nivea Creme. It comes in a little blue round tin and it was $0.99 so I thought I would try it out and OH MY GAWD! It is the best thing ever. It keeps my hands all nice and smooth and is just the best thing I have bought so far this Autumn/ Winter season. I love the little travel 1.5 oz ones because I can throw them in my bag and take them every where. They are just heaven for my hands. 

LUSTING

I want these shoes so so so bad! I am trying to justify buying them...but I never know when I would wear them.  I go to school six days a week and I am always on my feet, but I heard they are really comfortable! AH! I want them so bad. Maybe I will just buy them...

      

I mean just look at this outfit. So cute! I'm buying them...yeah I am buying them.

Then again I don't know...I'll just lust after them for a little longer and if I still want them in a couple months I think I will then buy them. But I want them now!! Tough decisions!

Scarfs//Snoods

My favorite thing about Autumn and Winter, besides the colors and weather, is that I get to wear my scarfs//snoods! I live in a place where it is cold and rainy 9 to 10 months out of the year so keeping warm is essential.  

I love wearing simple colored scarfs//snoods (black, white, grey) with a colored cardigan, and wear more fun colors (purple, blue,red) with a more basic outfit to bring a pop of color to it. 

Right now I am really in to this^. Adding a scarf to tone down and make a blazer more casual.

Unpopular Opinion? Maybe. But whatevs.

I absolutely hate this shoes. I think they are hideous and chunky and just all wrong. I don't get them!

This wonderful women is my great great aunt Lurella, and she was a fabulous lady. She had a 1,000 dollar bill pinned to her bra so she would never be broke. They don't even make those any more! And she would garden in her heels. She is my inspiration for every thing. She was the ultimate classy lady. I wish I could have met her. My grandma and great aunt say that I am just like her. I have her attitude and personality and the same look towards the world. This picture is in a frame in my room to remind me to always be classy, even if you are just gardening.

This is my favorite make up look for the fall/winter. Maybe more so for the winter...But any way I adore the really really simply almost naked eye and face then the BAM! bright dark poppin lip. This look just makes me really happy. I can see my self wearing this in the winter when all me friends come home for the Holidays and we go out some wear. AH! So darling. I love it.
